Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive marketing development projects forward. As a Marketing Development Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research projects to develop effective marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans that align with business objectives, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and project timelines.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies, evaluate customer service and store environments, and design, conduct, and analyze research projects to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that meet business objectives, including developing business plans and implementing new initiatives.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
