Chiropractic Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team at Clinique Chiropratique Gallant et Jauron. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our chiropractors and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with chiropractors and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution, to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients and staff, both verbally and in writing, to ensure effective communication and patient satisfaction.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Hours: 15 hours per week.
