Job Title: Chiropratic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropratic Assistant to join our team at Clinique Chiropratique Gallant et Jauron.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate area of the clinic.
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public, including clinic hours, services offered, and payment options.
  • Record and relay information to patients, including appointment schedules and treatment plans.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to healthcare providers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • 15 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • French language required.
