Job Summary:

Le gérant adjoint de boutique est chargé de soutenir le directeur général/gérant de boutique/co-gérant de boutique pour atteindre tous les objectifs et réaliser toutes les initiatives de l'entreprise. Il est essentiel que le gérant adjoint de boutique représente la marque, agisse d'une manière professionnelle et transmette un message constant à tous les membres de l'équipe.

Responsabilités:
  • Stimulation des ventes
  • Motiver et inspirer l'équipe pour renforcer la fidélité à la marque et créer un environnement positif en boutique pour les clients internes comme externes.
  • Apporter un soutien et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de développement des affaires.
  • Surveiller les progrès des associés par rapport aux initiatives clés de la boutique.
  • Utiliser des outils de planification pour établir des horaires efficaces répondant aux besoins d'affaires.
  • Participer activement au programme du leader en charge (LEC) pour fournir une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle à nos clients.
  • Donner un exemple positif à ses collègues en maintenant et en renforçant des normes élevées partout dans la boutique.
  • Stimuler les résultats et responsabiliser l'équipe en supervisant les activités quotidiennes.
  • Contribuer au perfectionnement de l'équipe par un « encadrement immédiat » constant de l'équipe sur le plancher de ventes.
  • Perfectionnement des meilleurs talents
  • Contribuer à une recherche proactive de candidats et au maintien d'une réserve de talents qualifiés.
  • Participer au recrutement et à la fidélisation des meilleurs talents sous la supervision du directeur général/gérant de boutique.
  • Assumer la responsabilité de son propre perfectionnement en participant activement au partage des responsabilités (PDR).
  • Contribuer à assurer la clarté des rôles et des cibles ainsi que le perfectionnement des associés par l'utilisation efficace du PDR.
  • Soutenir l'équipe de direction dans ses efforts pour stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise par des promotions à l'interne.
  • Encourager un environnement de travail positif et offrir des rétroactions directes et honnêtes au moment opportun.
  • Aider l'équipe de direction à déterminer les problèmes de rendement selon les directives de l'entreprise.
  • Exécution
  • Réaliser les configurations de boutique de façon efficace et conformément aux directives de l'entreprise.
  • Contribuer au perfectionnement des meilleurs talents par la formation et la supervision des associés.
  • Participer à la formation des associés et aider à assurer le respect de toutes les procédures normalisées d'exploitation (PNE) de l'entreprise.
  • Maintenir un entrepôt propre, bien organisé et efficace.
  • Aider à gérer les normes de l'entreprise en matière de présentation des marchandises.
  • Exécuter les démarquages et promotions de façon exacte.
  • Réagir rapidement aux besoins en matière de maintenance et de matériel.
  • Protéger les biens de l'entreprise en assurant le respect de toutes les procédures de prévention des pertes.

Expérience pertinente et exigences:
  • Une expérience préalable à un poste de supervision est souhaitable.
  • Un sens excellent des affaires.
  • Capacité manifeste d'établir les ordres de priorité de façon efficace.
  • Compétences confirmées en gestion du temps et sens manifeste de l'organisation.
  • Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible, établi en fonction des besoins commerciaux.
  • Capacité de monter sur une échelle et de soulever et porter des charges jusqu'à 23 kg.
  • Capacité de se déplacer partout sur le plancher de ventes et dans l'entrepôt.
  • Être âgé de 18 ans ou plus.
