About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mega Liquor Store. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales assistants, and design team members.
    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and other financial transactions.
    • Monitor and control store expenses.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and reliable.
    • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
    • Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
