Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sanjha Punjab Grocery Store Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other data to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business, wholesale establishment/store, on-site customer service
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, walking
