Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions, and growing AFC revenue while balancing risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow the portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored financing solutions
  • Manage and service customer accounts, balancing risk and ensuring timely payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and promote AFC's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to improve AFC's market position
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel frequently within the market to support customers
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
