As a Senior Fund Administration Specialist at SEI, you can expect a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Summary

This role will oversee the fund administration team responsible for overseeing the fund administrator, custodian, and trustee to SEI's proprietary mutual funds. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), regulatory requirements, and various National Instruments (NI). Key responsibilities include reviewing, filing, and delivering financial statements and management reports, ongoing fund oversight, tax-related items, coordinating audits, identifying new or emerging fund issues, managing valuation and fair value/manual pricing committee activities, and preparing reporting for boards and committee participants.



Requirements

  • University degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics
  • A minimum of 7 years of investment industry experience with a focus on fund accounting and financial reporting
  • Detailed understanding of securities pricing, performance calculations, and impact on fund-level NAVs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office product suite skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional designation such as CPA desirable but not required
