Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve programme objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Project Management:

  • Assume the role of agile programme/project manager where needed to deliver large-scale projects.

Governance and Risk Management:

  • Establish and maintain governance structures and processes to ensure efficient decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Programme/Project Management or relevant field.
  • Project management and agile/scrum master training/certification or proven experience.
  • 10 years of experience in increasingly responsible project management/delivery roles, 5 of which in agile project management.
