KPMG in Canada is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader - Enterprise Solution Project Director to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your skills and expertise to lead complex, cross-functional projects and drive successful outcomes for our clients.

About the Role:

This role will involve leading multi-disciplinary teams across various geographies, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in alignment with organizational goals. You will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, allocating resources effectively, and coordinating across teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Delivery Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and client requirements.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, optimize resource utilization, and coordinate across teams to meet project needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, ensure timely and within-budget delivery, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively.
  • Project Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and performance.
  • Project Reporting: Generate regular reports for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in business or information technology, with outstanding academic credentials. You should have at least 15+ years of experience as a delivery leader, leading multi-disciplinary, multi-party, complex, cross-geography initiatives to implement and support technology solutions along with managed services. Experience with large-scale end-to-end transformation projects, including integrations and working with third-party application owners, is highly desirable.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
