Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Nai Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:

The Sous Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of noise and activity. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot environment.
