Job Title: Program Manager Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager Senior to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage program teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure program success.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct program teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Knowledge of public sector program management methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working with federal, provincial, or broader public sector healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management tools and software.
