- Hire and Supervise Subcontractors: Identify and hire qualified subcontractors to assist with project completion.
- Plan and Prepare Schedules: Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Prepare Contracts: Develop and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
