Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute daily tasks and activities.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Develop and submit comprehensive budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Hire and Supervise Subcontractors: Identify and hire qualified subcontractors to assist with project completion.

  • Prepare Contracts: Develop and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements
