At Graham, we're seeking an exceptional Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our industrial projects group, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale construction projects.

About the Role:

  • We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of experience in a construction environment.
  • Your expertise in construction management, including scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance, will be essential in driving project success.
  • You'll work closely with our Project Manager to establish and monitor project schedules, track labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs, and identify critical path activities.
  • In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • As a Construction Project Coordinator at Graham, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in MS Suite, including MS Project, and contribute to the preparation of progress invoicing and progress status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  2. Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, including biweekly updates and monitoring of actual construction progress vs. schedule.
  4. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  5. Assist with payroll functions, ensuring accurate coding and cost allocation.
  6. Contribute to the preparation of estimates, estimate reviews, and costing.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a construction environment, preferably at a General Contractor.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including MS Project.
  • A willingness to work on remote project sites and flexible schedules.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
