Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional development teams to design and deliver new features from design through delivery in Amazon Key branded mobile and web applications.
- Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with leadership on status, schedule, risks, and change control.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities.
- Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations.
- Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization.
- Drive content engagement through partnering with stakeholders and product management, measuring, assessing, and iterating constantly to drive greater user benefits.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
