Global Youth Climate Training Program Coordinator

Program Overview
The Global Youth Climate Training Program is a collaborative initiative between The United Church of Canada and the Global Youth Coalition, a coalition of climate youth changemakers. This program aims to equip young adults with the knowledge and confidence necessary to engage in international climate policy.
Program Objectives
- To provide a comprehensive capacity-building program for young adults aged 16-35
- To equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to engage in international climate policy
- To foster a strong international and intergenerational collaboration among participants
Program Structure
The program will consist of a series of sessions held between 1-5 pm UTC, with timings adjusted to suit the cohort's time zones. Sessions will be held from September to October 2024, with a final session on November 1, 2024.
