We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at SOUTH HILL MEDICAL CLINIC INC.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to inform treatment decisions.
- Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including injuries and diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized health plans to promote healthy habits and prevent illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and X-rays, to determine the most effective course of treatment.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Perform routine surgeries and provide emergency care as needed.
- Deliver babies and provide prenatal and postnatal care to expectant mothers.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on various health and lifestyle issues.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work setting: General office, private practice, or clinic.
- Healthcare plan.
- Permanent work term.
- 35 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
