Food Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
