We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team in the Fraud and Financial Crime Performance Product department. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product vision and strategy, and ensure alignment with senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and refine product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-scoped and prioritized.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and ensure that product development aligns with business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of product development initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product increments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in product development, and contribute to the development of our product strategy and roadmap.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in product development, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and product ownership.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering successful product development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product development principles, including user-centered design, agile methodologies, and product roadmapping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
