Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Director to lead our tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical vision for the company
  • Lead and mentor a team of web developers
  • Collaborate with designers and producers to deliver innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Ensure the technical integrity of our products and services

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in software development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Familiarity with AWS, Git, and other industry-standard tools
