About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Associate to join our team at Clear Choice Windows Ltd. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.
Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for performing physical labour tasks such as checking and weighing materials, sorting and packing products, and assisting machine operators and other workers. You will also be required to clean machines and work areas, and perform other labouring activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in a physically demanding environment is an asset

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
This role requires you to work in a dusty and noisy environment, with frequent exposure to heights. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Weight Handling
You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
Own Tools/Equipment
You will be required to provide your own steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles.
