We are seeking a seasoned IT sales professional with expertise in supply chain management to join our team at tryqrew.

About the Role

This hybrid job opportunity is based in the Greater Toronto area and involves developing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and supporting the expansion of our IT services and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Staff Augmentation Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities to supply temporary and contract IT talent based on client needs.
  • Project-Based Sales: Lead sales efforts for IT projects, including custom software development and systems integration, from initial contact through to completion.
  • Supply Chain Solutions Sales: Seek out and secure opportunities to offer supply chain optimization services, such as logistics management, inventory control, and procurement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships to understand their ongoing business needs and provide aligned IT and supply chain solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of our staff augmentation, project, and supply chain services.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals across all service areas, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations for staff augmentation contracts, project agreements, and supply chain services, ensuring beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the IT and supply chain sectors, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular performance updates to management.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales with a proven track record in IT staff augmentation, project-based services, and supply chain solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Competitive Compensation Package
