Customer Collaboration Manager Job Summary:

Foster strong partnerships between Lactalis and customers, leading strategic Supply Chain processes, and supporting commercial strategies to maximize mutual benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with external customer teams to review and strategize on KPI performance, network health, and initiatives that support mutual business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and supply chain cross-functional partners on demand, supply, and strategic execution to maximize fill rate, OTD, and inventory levels.
  • Lead the CPFR analyst to ensure processes support strong execution in areas like demand, supply, and key KPIs.
  • Facilitate customer compliance program management to identify patterns leading to penalties and drive mitigation and provisions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to share insights on customer plans, strategies, and data intelligence.
  • Support the CPFR in creating analytics and summaries to facilitate internal and external collaboration.
  • Establish a process to calendarize penalties by customer, based on RCAs, and support a strong contention process with the customer.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the CPFR analyst to support their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree and 5 years of supply chain experience, including customer-facing.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office technology (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter with a high focus, proactivity, and passion for delivering results.
