Restaurant Manager

Kabab & Thali Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and maintain records of staff hours and attendance.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Tasks: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, with a permanent position and 35-40 hours of work per week.
- Number of Staff: 3-4 people.
