We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Paradox Hotel Vancouver.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating seminars and conferences, and assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including arranging seminars and conferences
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and human resources software
