Job Summary:The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating seminars and conferences, and assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Plan and organize daily operations, including arranging seminars and conferences
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Conduct performance reviews
- Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
- College/CEGEP education
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and human resources software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
