Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our front office team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating room reservations, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Room Reservations:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing reservation requests
    • Cross-check reservations with other departments for accuracy
    • Update and maintain accurate records of guest reservations
  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Supervise and assist front desk staff during peak hours
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Guest Experience:
    • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of guest requests
    • Foster positive relationships with guests through excellent communication skills
    • Address and resolve any guest complaints in a professional manner
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel front office or reservations management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting. You must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
