Customer Experience Representative

We're looking for someone who is great with people, passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and excited about technology. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for enhancing the retail experience in our stores, promoting Rogers & Fido brands, and engaging and growing your customer base with personalized communication and outreach. You'll also participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.
