Job Title: Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of consultants working on the delivery of NetSuite projects. This role involves hands-on involvement in project teams, as well as overseeing projects being delivered by direct reports.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to uncover business requirements, technical strategies, and create effective solutions that address client needs. This position will involve managing a team of up to 8 consultants and ensuring compliance with consistent delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to maintain and develop business relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and conflicting priorities across projects.
  • Mitigate project risks and serve as the escalation point for internal and external teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Plative's delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation.
  • Review and advise on project changes to budget, scope, milestones, and release dates.
  • Triage opportunity support requests from Sales and negotiate with CPs, Team Leads, and others to support pre-sales activity.
  • Participate in sessions with NetSuite clients and team members to understand business requirements and business processes analysis.
  • Manage and facilitate project delivery, build components as necessary, and manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.
  • Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy.
  • Deliver strategic business reviews to educate clients on key platform trends and considerations.
  • Communicate reports regarding project status, risk management, and escalation of issues.
  • Be a client advocate to resolve and manage escalations, ensuring client partnership endures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or MBA.
  • 4+ years of experience working as a NetSuite consultant and experience with NetSuite implementations.
  • 3+ years of project management experience within a consulting environment.
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of primary business processes, including Marketing, CRM, Procure to Pay, Design to Build, Order to Cash, Project Accounting, Return to Credit, Customer Support, Core Financial, and CPM.
Desired Qualifications:
  • In-depth technical backend knowledge of the NetSuite platform.
  • Accounting functional background (CPA or Operational).
  • ERP Consultant Certification in NetSuite.
  • ARM Certification.
