About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at SimCorp. As a key member of our Infrastructure Onboarding team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the SimCorp Infrastructure Onboarding process, from project initiation to client go-live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple Onboarding projects and related workstreams, identifying all required tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimations.
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops and contribute to the improvement and documentation of best practices for Onboarding projects globally.
  • Create and maintain required project artifacts, such as project plans, reports, and RAID logs.
  • Effectively monitor customer feedback and reporting, and actively identify and mitigate risk.
  • Motivate the project team and ensure continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering multi-stream infrastructure platform projects, as well as migration and transformation projects in complex business environments.
  • A good understanding of financial technology and business processes, especially with asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, or large banks.
  • Familiarity with Software As A Service (SaaS) and in the context of setting up hosted cloud environments, with previous work with MS Azure being a plus.
  • Current PMI/PMP certification or willingness to sit for the exam within 12-24 months of hire.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Investment Management/Asset Management/Financial Services industries is a strong asset.
