Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gift Card Processing Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of gift cards, preparing and sending invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and ship gift card orders for internal and external customers
  • Prepare and send invoices for gift card orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Update order logs with relevant information
  • Ensure all required metrics are consistently met
  • Work in SAP and Microsoft Office to manage gift card orders and customer data
  • Provide a high standard of customer service and support to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Integrity and adherence to standards, policy, and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet and exceed service levels
  • Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
