We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gift Card Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of gift card orders, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and ship gift card orders for internal and external customers
  • Prepare and send invoices for gift card orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update order logs with relevant information and maintain accurate records
