About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client with learning disabilities to live a safe and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to our client with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support our client to engage in activities and hobbies that promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
