Male Learning Disabilities Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Male Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who is passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and will be able to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 support to our client, working as part of a dedicated team to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support our client to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their independence and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide expert care and support.
