About the Role:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with a deep understanding of our business operations. Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Gain insight into the backbone of our operations, learning about the products we sell, their journey from vendor to customer, and the various levels of sales support.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Participate in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statement analysis.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Take your skills to the next level by troubleshooting and resolving service issues, as well as managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Develop the skills to identify new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
