Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and service agreements. Your role will be to ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and protect the interests of our clients.
- Legal Advice: As a contract lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice on contractual obligations and the legal risks associated with entering into contracts. You will need to clearly explain the legal implications to customers and help them make informed decisions.
- Contract Negotiation: You will negotiate the terms of contracts with opposing parties to obtain agreements favorable to our clients. You will need to be tactful and diplomatic while standing firm in the interests of your clients.
- Management of Contractual Disputes: You will intervene in contractual disputes, developing legal strategies to resolve disputes and representing clients in court when necessary.
- Case Management: You will ensure the complete management of client files related to contracts and obligations, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and ready for negotiations or hearings.
- Communication with Customers: You will maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their files and answering their questions with clarity and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract and obligations law.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify potential risks.
- Rigor, sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Proficiency in technological tools for case management and legal research.
