The Contract Governance Specialist is a key member of the Operations Team, responsible for ensuring world-class operational service delivery and effective contract management for JLL's client portfolio. This role serves as the primary contact for contractual and governance matters, leading the governance of JLL's Master Service Agreement (MSA) and providing compliance training. The specialist develops and maintains an MSA obligation tracker and translates client objectives into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with operational goals, JLL standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Contract Governance and Compliance
    • Lead the transition and ongoing governance of JLL's Master Service Agreement (MSA)
    • Serve as primary point of contact for contractual and governance matters
    • Manage, negotiate, and implement MSA variations
    • Provide account-wide MSA compliance training
    • Develop and maintain MSA obligation tracker
  2. Business Intelligence and Analytics
    • Manage the Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics function
    • Translate client business objectives into information management and BI strategies
    • Develop data management and interpretation skills within the account team
    • Devise and promote creative data visualization
  3. Performance Management and Reporting
    • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and report on critical & key performance measurements
    • Analyze year-to-date metric variances and recommend improvements
    • Ensure strong linkage with and support of Client's Performance Management
    • Coordinate and lead monthly contract management and governance meetings
  4. Strategic Value Creation
    • Identify savings and improvement opportunities
    • Promote and enable the import and export of best practices
    • Analyze trends and patterns to drive operational improvements

This role requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record in contract governance, compliance management, and performance reporting in client-facing roles. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 based on the location in Montreal, QC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, analytics, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in contract management, compliance, and/or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software
  • Experience in managing complex contracts and stakeholder relationships
