Chief Revenue Officer

This is a remote position with a dynamic Series A company backed by top investors. The company is a remote-first organization with a collaborative environment and best-in-class leadership. They are dedicated to innovation and growth, aiming to scale to $100M in revenue and seeking a strategic hands-on sales leader to help achieve this milestone.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an effective enterprise sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Engage directly in sales activities, leveraging expertise to close high-value deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in North America and global markets.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Must have enterprise sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Remote but must be able to travel 25% including monthly travel to the head office in Canada.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Base salary: $225,000.
- On-target earnings (OTE): $400,000.
