Job Summary

Danfoss is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to lead our sales organization in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Danfoss' global business objectives and targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and growth levers in the Canadian market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to ensure Danfoss remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial automation or drives industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
