About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dharma Dog Services. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
