About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Professional Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our PD department, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering high-quality learning experiences for our national curriculum programs and learning events.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all PD programs, including monitoring schedules, drafting communications, liaising with speakers, and coordinating event logistics.
  • Update and maintain the PD calendar and reminder systems, task lists, and upcoming programs tracker.
  • Assist the PD team with tasks such as monitoring the mailbox, providing timely responses, and coordinating program details through our learning management system.
  • Support the Director and Senior Manager with administrative tasks, including tracking CPD compliance, submitting expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Research suitable venues for external events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Detailed organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer-service attitude and a positive, professional disposition.
  • A self-starting approach, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office and good technical savvy to quickly develop strong proficiency in LMS, learning delivery, website editing, project management, and database tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
