Rehab First Inc. is a leading multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organization in Ontario, with a team of over 120 professional staff supported by Psychologists and Physicians on our roster.

We are seeking Occupational Therapists who are registered or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Rehab First, you will provide services to clients with various physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans and delivering client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and capacities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Provide treatment in clinic, community, home, or workplace settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with COTO
  • Valid CPR certificate
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Completion of satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months

Our total compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus additional incentives for eligible candidates.
