Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and ensuring the successful operation of our retail locations in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of store managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze business trends and make data-driven decisions to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals
  • Build strong relationships with employees and clients to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Protect company assets and confidential information
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to achieve business objectives
  • Manage employee performance and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other district managers to support each other's growth and success
  • Participate in sales and management training meetings and events

Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of retail industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel throughout the region
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development
