Life Science Cloud Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Life Science Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth within the largest global pharmaceutical companies.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to identify, qualify, and close new customer workloads. You will develop and implement strategies to grow our presence in new accounts and expand existing relationships with leading BioPharma clients.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the life science industry.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and propose innovative cloud-based solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
- Customer Insights: Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights to identify high-value sales opportunities and craft targeted sales strategies.
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the life science and cloud technology industries.
- Deep Knowledge: Deep understanding of BioPharma Clinical Development, including IT systems landscape, data flow and data management, SaaS solutions.
- Candidate Profile: Advanced degree in a life science relevant field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
