Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team at Patisserie Monaco. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, providing regular updates on key performance indicators.
- Assembly and Scheduling: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are prepared to our high standards.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring that our staff are allocated tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Transportation: Own vehicle.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
