About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team at Patisserie Monaco. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
