About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team at Patisserie Monaco. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance on how to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, initiative, and attention to detail.
