Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will use your creativity, passion, and expertise in experience design to develop innovative solutions for the game, focusing on creating user-centric, data-driven designs.
  2. Leverage our established FC Design System and Visual Identity to craft compelling visual and interactive solutions that surprise, delight, and inspire players worldwide.
  3. Pursue opportunities to enhance implementation standards, innovation of experiences, and collaborative workflows within the team and across disciplines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric, data-driven, visually appealing, and functional designs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create 2D solutions.
  • Proven skills in crafting complex prototypes for player experience.
  • A proactive, outcome-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • An empathetic and collaborative mindset, working effectively within teams.
  • A genuine passion for playing games.

Additional Benefits:

  • The base salary ranges listed below are for defined geographic market pay zones in British Columbia.
  • Base salary ranges: $115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually
  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including vacation time, sick leave, paid parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, bonus potential, and equity opportunities.
