About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer value, business outcomes, and satisfaction through strategic customer engagement and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive long-term value and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP solutions and their applications to drive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge on SAP solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement customer success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer success management with complex business software/IT solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and their applications
  • Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure
  • Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments
  • Understanding of cloud and on-premise software solutions
  • Experience with complex global transformation programs and execution thereof
  • Ability to manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies
  • Proven ability to engage with key customer stakeholders in a manner that organically drives renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
