Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive customer value, business outcomes, and satisfaction through strategic engagement and value realization.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise customers on SAP solutions and value realization strategies
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer engagement
- Lead complex global transformation programs to achieve customer success
- Engage executive sponsors to drive customer value and satisfaction
- 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer success management
- Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and cloud ERP functionality
- Experience with long-term planning, resource allocation, and account structure
- Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments
- Ability to manage complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies
