We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a trusted advisor, you'll drive customer value, business outcomes, and satisfaction through strategic engagement and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on SAP solutions and value realization strategies
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer engagement
  • Lead complex global transformation programs to achieve customer success
  • Engage executive sponsors to drive customer value and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer success management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and cloud ERP functionality
  • Experience with long-term planning, resource allocation, and account structure
  • Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments
  • Ability to manage complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies
